Data and privacy
Plain version of what happens to the information you send me. Last updated 23 October 2026.
CodeReviewPro is run by me as an independent developer, operating as NaturalDub Studio from the Netherlands. I am the only person who handles your request, and you can reach me at hello@codereviewpro.com.
What you send
Only what the form asks: your name, your email address, a link to the code you want reviewed, which service you are interested in, and your message about what worries you. Nothing else is collected, and you decide what to type in that message.
Never send passwords, API keys, access tokens, customer data or production database exports. For the free sample a public repository link, a zip or a private link that you can revoke is enough. Anything I need beyond that, I ask for after we agree on the work.
Why it is used
To answer your request, look at the code you pointed me at, and send you a quote if the work fits. That is the only purpose. I do not use your address to send newsletters and I do not put anyone on a mailing list.
Where it is kept
This site is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), and form submissions are stored in Cloudflare storage (KV) belonging to my account. A copy of each submission is also sent to my own mailbox so I do not miss a request; that mail runs through Cloudflare Email Routing and lands in the mailbox of the same studio.
How long it is kept
While your request is open, and up to 12 months afterwards so I can find the thread back if you return. After that it is deleted. You can ask me to delete it earlier at any time and I will do that unless an open invoice requires me to keep the billing record.
What is never done with it
- Your details and your code are never sold, published or shared with anyone else.
- Findings are only discussed with you. I do not name clients in my own marketing.
- Your code is only read to produce the report. It is not run in production as part of a review, and it is not used to train any model.
- This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no third-party analytics, no visitor fingerprints and no session recording.
- I do count page views and clicks myself, anonymously: no cookie, no IP address, no identifier and no external service. Only a running total per page and per button is stored, so I can see whether the site is actually being read.
- If you order a review and pay, the payment provider sees the billing information needed to process the payment (name, email, amount). It never sees your code.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask me what I hold about you, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, or object to how it is handled. One email to hello@codereviewpro.com is enough and I answer within a few days. If you are not satisfied with my answer you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
About this text
This is a plain-language description of my practice, not a marketing text, and it is kept in line with what the site actually does. If anything here stops being true, I change it and update the date at the top.
